Certificates of no conviction of Belgian citizens whose data was not found in the ‘National Population Register’ are returned as ‘rejected’, with a remark: ‘The Person is not a national of the member state’. We treat such replies as fully valuable and official documents as do the authority, through whom we conduct the search.

Please note it is common for the Bulgarian administration to treat grammar and spelling in the official documentation lightly. As a result, the Bulgarian criminal record certificates we receive tend to include misspelt names. As this part of the process is beyond our control we cannot take accountability for such mistakes and the certificate received is considered valid as it is. Whenever spelling mistakes occur our report includes the application form filed to the National Criminal Register as evidence the check was conducted against the correct personal data.
Currently most of the applications from non-Bulgarian citizens are getting rejected, so we do not take orders concerning these data subjects. You may place such an order only at your own risk (no refund applies).

Cypriot criminal register occasionally reject applications from non-Cypriot citizens (a refund or an alternative service apply).

The Greek criminal record certificate may occasionally include false address details, in most cases pointing to a random location in Germany. This is a technical issue of the Greek criminal register and such certificate are treated by the authority, through whom we conduct these searches, as legally valid.

For all non-Latvian citizens, due to the manner in which the Latvian Criminal Register process the applications, all 'no conviction' certificates appear as 'rejected'. Information on lack of convictions appears in the comments section at the bottom of the certificate. Certificates disclosing actual convictions are issued in a regular format.

Due to technical aspects and the manner Lithuanian criminal register handle the applications "clear" certificates for non-Lithuanian applicants appear as "rejected". Information on lack of convictions appears in the bottom comments section. Only the certificates containing convictions come in a regular manner.

Romanian criminal register occasionally reject applications from non-Romanian citizens (full refund applies).
